Hey I’m Ash, a hairdresser, educator and proud industry nerd.

I’ve spent over 17 years behind the chair, but what really fills my cup is training the next gen of stylists. I founded Ash Wuillemin Education to support both salon owners and apprentices by delivering practical, in-salon education that actually makes a difference.

I have been the salon owner before, I understand what it is truly like to wear all the hats and I learnt, we can’t be the best at absolutely everything.

I specialise in working with time-poor salon owners who want their apprentices to progress quickly and confidently. My training is hands-on, technical, and always grounded in real salon work — no fluff, no filler. Just solid, salon-ready skills and mentorship that fast-tracks results.

I’m currently completing my Certificate IV in Training & Assessment to deepen my knowledge and expand my reach. Long term, I’m on a mission to help reduce apprentice dropout rates and elevate the industry through quality training that inspires stylists to stay, grow, and thrive.

Whether I’m teaching a perfect root shadow or helping someone hit their first rebooking goal, I’m here to build confident, creative, profitable hairdressers — and take the training pressure off salons at the same time.
